RJ got her second "Q" in Jumps and Tunnels at the Rocky Mountain Working and Herding Agility trial with a first in class and a time of 23.96 seconds! Good girl RJ!

RJ ventured to the Rocky Mountain Working and Herding agility trial here in Calgary and earned her first Q (Qualifying Score) towards her Jumps and Tunnels title! 

Recap of our attendance at the Evelyn Kenny Kennel and Obedience Club 40th Anniversary Show! There was a huge entry of shelties, and RJ was fortunate to come away with a lovely 5 point win to finish her Canadian Championship (CKC Pending) under judge Tiina Taulos of Finland. RJ was one of at least three entries who finished their Championships on this weekend! Congrats to all of the winners. 

Quiz attended an Eye Clinic on November 15 to begin her health testing journey towards being a future breeding prospect (note: all applicable DNA testing has already been complete). Quiz is officially listed on OFA!

Recap of our attendance at the Red Deer Kennel and Obedience Club. Aunty RJ and I headed out on a mission to see if we could finish her Canadian Championship since she was looking nice and hairy. While we didn't come home with any points, I was so proud of how RJ performed in such deep competition. 

Recap of our attendance at the Medicine Hat Kennel Club. Quiz attended only her second dog show and was Winners Bitch twice for 2 points each under Judges Kristen Francis and Janet Lobb. This means Quiz now has four of her required 10 championship points!  

Recap of our attendance at the Manitoba Canine Association and the Manitoba Working and Herding Association. Granny Jetset accompanied the crew to East St Paul where RJ and Gigi hit the rings. RJ was awarded a 2 point Winners Bitch (good job RJ and Granny Jetset!) Gigi received three beautiful Select Bitch wins to finish her Grand Championship and become the first Jetset Sheltie to achieve this win! Thanks to my aunty for hosting us for a couple of days and for the entire extended Jetset family for your ringside support!

Recap of our attendance at the Alberta Kennel Club Summer Classic! Despite some stormy and inclement weather (is it AKC if there isn't a thunderstorm?), our setup had a blast! RJ was awarded a great Best of Winners under Japanese judge Sei-ichiro Ishimaru. No love for Gigi but the quality in the specials ring was deep. Congrats to all of the winners! 

Recap of our attendance at the Rocky Mountain Working and Herding conformation show held at Wet Noses! RJ and Gigi came out to dust off their dancing shoes before a busy summer of planned showing. No love for Aunty RJ, but Gigi was awarded a nice Select Bitch for 2 Grand Championship points under judge Terry Carter. Congrats to all of the winners! 

Recap of our attendance at the Calgary Kennel and Obedience Club show held in Olds - always enjoy this show on the Mothers Day weekend. Started the weekend with Janey on the dreaded 9 points (out of 10 required for her Canadian Championship). With only two females entered, Janey was Best of Opposite Sex in every show for three single point wins - this (thankfully) finished her Canadian Championship! Janey is now ready to stay home and hang out on the couch.

Quiz has been off on an adventure at Aunty Sierra's house. While we juggled some family commitments, Quiz and Sierra went to the Battle River Canine Association dog show in Camrose for her debut! While Quiz didn't receive any points her first time out, she was in the ribbons, and Sierra said she was a little rock star. Not quite a year old, Quiz is showing lots of promise! Congrats to all of the winners.
